Job Responsibilities:
ISO 9001 Quality/ISO 14001 Environment/ISO 45001 Occupational Health Management System Construction, Audit and Certification
1. Establish and improve the enterprise's ISO9001 quality/ISO14001 environment/ISO14001 occupational health management system
2. Develop various systems, processes, and standards for the system, and supervise their implementation
3. Organize education and training for the enterprise system
4. Supervise and guide various departments to implement the enterprise's system
5. Regularly hold management review meetings to report on the performance of the implementation system
6. Collect suggestions from all aspects, organize and implement system improvements
7. Fully responsible for internal system audit work, and preparing and drafting audit plans, terms, and reports
8. Responsible for liaising and communicating with third-party certification bodies
9. Responsible for reviewing various certification documents of the enterprise, managing and cooperating with relevant institutions for certification work
10. Archiving and organizing various system related documents of enterprises, as well as collecting and preserving the required materials and records
Quality Control
11. Responsible for the system and management of quality inspection standards and processes;
12. Analyze and confirm quality abnormalities in incoming materials and processes, implement and track improvement measures;
13. Spot check the inspection records of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, identify problems, and promptly handle them;
14. Responsible for the acceptance and borrowing management of purchased quality instruments/equipment;
15. Responsible for regular calibration of instruments and meters;
16. Optimize and improve quality anomalies;
17. Organize assessments of suppliers' abilities in all aspects;
18. Budget and control quality related expenses effectively;
19. Regularly arrange quality related training;
20. Other job-related work; (1. Complete other tasks arranged by superiors and the company in addition to their own duties. 2. Coordinate and communicate relevant affairs between departments)
Job requirements:
1. Education: College degree or above
2. Age: Under 35 years old; Gender: No gender restrictions.
3. Industry experience requirements:
① 3-5 years or more of experience in quality management and system management positions in semiconductor and electronic enterprises;
② Familiar with applying the seven major QC techniques;
③ Familiar with the application of 5M1E analysis method;
④ Proficient in writing 8D reports and other methods.
⑤ Familiar with and proficient in the relevant operational processes of ISO 9001 quality/ISO 14001 environment/ISO 45001 occupational health management system certification, internal audit, and external audit
4. Other aspects:

② Has a certain ability to withstand pressure, is good at communication, and has a good team spirit.
