1. Responsible for material design and technical research of inorganic alignment film for LCOS liquid crystal packaging.

2. Responsible for the process research, development, and improvement of inorganic alignment films for LCOS liquid crystal packaging.

3. Develop corresponding inorganic alignment films based on the characteristics of liquid crystals and the application fields of LCOS products, and complete the development tasks of new LCOS products.

4. Manage the operation of PVD workshop, cultivate and supervise the calibration of key parameters for coating production engineers, verify key process indicators, and execute major maintenance projects for PVD equipment. Ensure the yield and production capacity of PVD process to meet project order requirements.

5. According to the company's strategic goals and research and development tasks, complete various important tasks related to coating and inorganic orientation films.

3. Industry experience requirements:

① At least 2 years of practical experience in technology and process research and development in the coating industry.

② Proficient in Essential MacLeod software and capable of membrane design and modeling.

ISO 9001 Quality/ISO 14001 Environment/ISO 45001 Occupational Health Management System Construction, Audit and Certification

1. Establish and improve the enterprise's ISO9001 quality/ISO14001 environment/ISO14001 occupational health management system

2. Develop various systems, processes, and standards for the system, and supervise their implementation

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product requirement analysis, code writing, module design, and simulation;  

2. Responsible for evaluating, verifying, and selecting FPGA related technologies for the product;

3. Collaborate with hardware, software, and algorithm personnel to complete testing and joint debugging of relevant modules;

4. Write relevant technical documents, including design documents, test reports, etc;

5. Auxiliary chip design for FPGA verification

Job requirements:

1. Full time undergraduate degree or above in electronics, communication, and automation

2. Proficient in Verilog language, familiar with Altera, Xilinx, and domestic FPGA products, proficient in using Modelsim, VCS, and Verdi simulation tools;

3. Possess project development capabilities, including system architecture design, code writing, algorithm implementation, simulation debugging, timing analysis, etc;

4. Have experience in designing commonly used interfaces such as 12C, SPI, LVDS, HDMI, SDRAM, DDR3, etc;

5. Proficient in using tools such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers for board level debugging and testing, tracking and resolving issues;

6. Familiar with video display principles, experience in image processing and development is preferred;

Operating Duty:

1. Responsible for establishing and cultivating optical support teams related to the LCOS chip industry

2. Responsible for the optical path simulation design and optimization of single-chip and multi chip LCOS projection machines, conducting error analysis and structural adjustment with internal and external collaborative teams, guiding the production process adjustment of the machines, analyzing optical related defects, and formulating countermeasures;

3. Responsible for guiding optical testing and process route output, building testing platforms, and analyzing optical related issues during the debugging process;

4. Responsible for outputting design data of optical components, participating in the development of core material suppliers and conducting technical exchanges;

5. Responsible for conducting optical related technical exchanges with end customers; Research and develop new technological directions.

Job requirements:

1. PhD degree, with a solid foundation in optical theory, proficient in using optical design software such as CODE V/ZEMAX/TracePro and CAD drawing software;

2. Familiar with projector design work, with over 5 years of experience in independently designing optical products, familiar with the processing technology of optical components, familiar with the film system of optical components, and have project mass production experience;

3. Familiar with the optical architecture of VR/AR products, with a background in waveguide or micro nano lens optical design preferred;

4. Strong ability to withstand pressure, possessing certain organizational and coordination skills, able to communicate with clients, and able to engage in technical exchanges with clients;
